• eVoucher will be valid only for stay dates within 19 to 27 January 2026. Strictly no extension after the expiry date.
• Rates are per room per night. Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 9% GST.
• Prior reservation is required 48 hours in advance and is subject to room availability. To redeem your stay, please email SINSS-SMB-reservations@standardhotels.com or call +65 6040 1888 with your stay date, name as per NRIC and contact number.
• After booking, a 48-hours cancellation policy applies, with a complimentary one-time change of room stay date within the 48-hour cancellation period. New stay date is subject to availability upon reservation through SINSS-SMB-reservations@standardhotels.com. In the event of further late cancellations or no-shows, room voucher will be forfeited.
• Complimentary parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the front desk for availability at email SINSS-SMB-Duty.Manager@standardhotels.com
• The maximum occupancy per room is strictly two adults and maximum one child (below 12 and sharing the existing bedding).
• Room stay is NOT eligible for World of Hyatt points.
• Can't be combined with other offers or special rate programs
• eVoucher is not to be used in conjunction with any existing promotional rate
• Purchase of this eVoucher constitutes acceptance of these terms: eVoucher is not extendable, refundable or redeemable for cash, and may not be resold or transferred for value. No refund or credit will be provided for unused portions. eVouchers transferred fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms, are subject to cancellation. Hotel reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from use of this eVoucher and request alternative forms of payment if a voucher is fraudulently obtained or used.
